Artwork, Copyright, and Trademark Use

By placing an order with Patriot Stitch & Print Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Customer Ownership & Rights to Artwork

The Customer represents and warrants that:

• You are the owner of, or have obtained full legal rights to use, reproduce, or distribute any artwork, images, logos, trademarks, characters, or text you upload or submit.

• You have all required permissions from any third-party copyright or trademark holder.

2. Customer Responsibility for Copyright & Trademark Compliance

The Customer understands and agrees that:

• All liability for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement rests solely with the Customer.

• Patriot Stitch & Print Co. does not review, research, or verify the ownership of artwork submitted by the Customer.

• You agree that any infringement claim arising from your submitted artwork is your full responsibility.

3. Indemnification

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Patriot Stitch & Print Co., its owners, employees, and affiliates from:

• Any claims,

• Damages,

• Losses,

• Legal fees,

• Expenses,

arising out of or related to:

• Copyright infringement

• Trademark infringement

• Unauthorized use of protected images or designs

submitted by the Customer.

4. No Liability for Rejected or Unusable Artwork

Patriot Stitch & Print Co. is not responsible for:

• Poor quality or low-resolution artwork submitted by the Customer

• Misspellings, errors, or design flaws in Customer-provided artwork

• Print quality issues caused by Customer artwork

• Delays caused by artwork requiring correction

We may reject artwork that cannot be printed safely or legally, but we are not required to evaluate artwork for legal compliance.

5. Customer Authorization

By submitting artwork, you grant Patriot Stitch & Print Co. a limited, non-exclusive license to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your print order.

6. Final Approval

All orders are printed exactly as submitted.
The Customer is responsible for ensuring:

• Accuracy of design

• Correct layout

• Proper sizing

• Proper resolution

Once printed, orders cannot be refunded due to artwork issues.

7. Agreement to Terms

By uploading artwork or completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
